The Ardenza Foundation was established at Sofia, Bulgaria in August, 2008, for the advancement of culture and the arts. Specifically, the foundation aims to popularize chamber music performance, to stimulate the creation and dissemination of new chamber music works, and to assist in all activities that affirm the distinctive Bulgarian musical art and its legacy.

In order to meet these goals, the foundation
- Organizes, either independently or in collaboratively, non-profit projects and activities related to these goals
- Cooperates with related cultural organizations, institutions and individuals
- Oversees scholarships, grants, and awards that are given out on a competitive basis when the foundation receives donations for this purpose
- Assists in the publication of articles and books on music and of recordings
- Organizes festivals, conferences, summer courses, exhibitions, etc.
- Engages in non-profit fundraising
- Cooperates in furthering international partnerships in the spheres of musical creation and performance
- Works with composers in the creation of new chamber works
- Engages in other non-profit and for-profit activities directly related to these goals.
